More will probably arrive at 9 – 9:30. No more school closing. It won’t be long until carnival and then Easter. When will the landing happen? At noon there was an air raid alert.

Most of the students are back, even my best friend Bernard. Together we talked about the Ratier factory. This afternoon I went with him to the choir. I’m in the second voice as I was in 6th class, and we sang “The Old Chalet.”
Tuesday 1.2
We had math and things got real hot. Bernard brought back a book for me “Pharamond”; I lent him “For All The Gold In The Sea.” In one month, I’ll be 15 years old.
Wednesday 2.2
I borrowed from the library “Cyrano de Bergerac,” by Rostand. I’ve decided to go visit Bernard at his home on Sunday if the weather is good. At present it is raining. A classmate will lend me a bike.
